At this distance we would rather make one trip that finishes the job than three that each do a piece of it, so Center visits get diagnosed thoroughly before anybody drives anywhere. Anything that can genuinely be fixed remotely, we fix remotely and do not charge a trip for.

- Fixed remotely, usually same day — viruses and malware, a machine that has slowed to a crawl, software that will not install, email and printer trouble, a new computer that needs setting up properly.
- Needs the hardware in front of us — screens, batteries, drives, memory, anything that will not power on, and data recovery. None of that can be done down a wire by anybody, whatever they tell you.
- Never needs a trip at all — websites, hosting, domains and search setup. Most of our web clients have never seen the shop.
- Not worth repairing — sometimes that is the answer, and you get it before a call-out is booked rather than after.
