How long does a website take to build?
It depends on complexity. A basic business site can be ready in 1–2 weeks. A full e-commerce site or web application typically takes 3–6 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront.
How much does a custom PC build cost?
Builds range from around $400 for a budget office build to $4,000+ for a high-end gaming or workstation rig. Labor is charged separately from parts.
How fast can you diagnose and repair my computer?
Most software issues are diagnosed same-day. Hardware repairs depend on parts availability — if we have the part in stock, most repairs are done within 24–48 hours.
Do you offer ongoing website maintenance?
Yes! We offer monthly maintenance plans that include software updates, security monitoring, backups, and performance checks.
Can you recover data from a dead hard drive?
In many cases, yes. If the drive is logically failed (not physically destroyed), there's a very good chance we can recover your files.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and major credit/debit cards. For larger projects we typically ask for a 50% deposit upfront.
